In the configuration adopted by GrowClinica, Google Analytics is blocked until the user expresses their consent to optional cookies.

Google Analytics 4 may use, among others, the following cookies:

Purpose: to distinguish users for the purposes of site usage statistics.

Default duration: 2 years.

_ga_<ID>

Purpose: to maintain the session state and allow Google Analytics to function.

Default duration: 2 years.

The actual duration may be modified by the service settings or limited by the browser used by the user. Google indicates a default duration of two years for both of these cookies for GA4.

Google Analytics is used based on the user's consent.

The user can refuse or revoke consent at any time through the cookie settings available on the site.

6. Advertising and profiling cookies

Currently, GrowClinica does not use Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or other profiling advertising tools.

The following are also not currently active:

Meta Pixel;
Google Ads tracking;
marketing automation systems;
newsletters or mailing lists with tracking systems;
live chat aimed at users.

Any future activation of advertising tools, profiling, or additional third-party services will result in an update of this Cookie Policy and, when necessary, the consent management system prior to or simultaneously with their activation.

7. Consent management

Upon first access to the site, a banner is displayed that allows the user to manage the use of optional cookies.

By default, only necessary technical cookies are used.

Optional services subject to consent, including Google Analytics, remain blocked until the user's choice.

accept optional cookies;

Refusing optional cookies does not prevent the use of essential site functionalities.

The table is kept updated in relation to the configuration of the Odoo platform and the services actually used.
